Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase a course?
A: You do not need a PayPal account, when redirected to PayPal there is an option to allow you to continue as guest.
Q: Can I purchase the course with a check, PO, or money order?
A: Yes, you will need to email Courtney@720interdiction.com with the course name, agency information, and students attending.
Q: I’ve purchased this class and don’t see login information
A: The customer information during checkout will be used for account creation, please check the email you used to sign up.
Q: I’ve purchased this class on behalf of another person
A: Email Registration@720interdiction.com with your order number and the name and email of the individual that needs the access and we will make the changes on the backend.
Q: How long do I have access to the OnDemand videos?
A: Forever, you can watch as many times as you’d like with no expiration date.
Q: Will I receive a certificate of completion after each course?
A: Yes, a certificate of completion is available for each module.
Q: I click on submit or send and it doesn’t work.
A: 90% of the time this is due to local IT policies blocking pop-ups/access, please check with your agency IT staff.
